3 brandy
3 rittenhouse rye
1 aperol
1amaro nonino
1 carpano vermouth
1 shake orange bitters
1 cherry steeped in brandy
No name yet but it’s fundamentally another variation on the 1794.

Harrumm…
I was gonna say all I’m missing is the Amaro Nonino… but I’m out of brandy and my carpano’s probably gone off by now. Plus I’d have to sub Campari for the Aperol and generally I prefer to do that substitution in the other direction.

+natalie bennett noooo you need the Aperol. Like I’d even say step up the Amaro and Carpano and then just a shake of Grand Marnier , rather than Campari.

+christopher hatty do yourselfafavour and get some Carpano antico vermouth. So many drinks I despised when I was using Noilly Prat red are suddenly delicious withCarpano vermouth.

Missing the Nonino and Aperol. Oh, and the county booze stores are still out of Rittenhouse.
Out of curiosity, what brandy did you use?
Oh, and +1 on the Carpano Antica recommendation.

Sounds great though I’d instinctively stay away from the Aperol.
