Looks like a lot of lime, so creeping up on that amount. Using Smith & Cross for the Jamaican.

At ¾ on the lime, it’s good. I might be able to like it at 1. The absinthe is doing something nice with the lime. I think this is going to change over the next several minutes.
I got something nutty out of it for a second there, but it’s gone now.
I’d like to know what this would be like with, say, ½ orgeat.
