Ronald Reagan and and his vice president rocket-pack into action, and Ronald grabs the rocket and gives it to George Bush, telling him to secure the bomb while he takes care of Omegus. Omegus then shoots a rocket launcher at Reagan, which only knocks him back upon impact. Reagan climbs to the top of the helicopter and stops the blades from rotating at the base using his hands, and uses his rocket pack to guide the helicopter into the nuclear stack, causing Omegus and the helicopter to explode as Reagan flies away.
