could be good! I had none on hand, alas.
I really want to make a cocktail that demands a bouquet garni.

I only suggest that because one time I was very drunk at a party and I had a bunch of herbs (including the less common one’s like la-lot leaf) for making Vietnamese fresh rolls, a bottle of green chartreuse and some champagne. A mojito style muddle of the weird herbs (mostly basil, a lil’ mint, la-lot leaf, rau and a crushed lemon grass stirrer), chartreuse and bubbles over ice was damn amazing. I may also have been several sheets to the wild.
